So I’ve had some major career changes this past Fall that de-railed my Warhammer Time.
Things are starting to settle down though and it is time to get back in action.
Saturday night, I’m going to run my elves against the new Dwarf Book.
Hopefully I’ll get a great report out of it!
So, did you ever get that game in?
I did. I’ve been fortunate to get a few in. I just haven’t had the time to sit and write reports. Typical excuses – work, family, kids’ sports. In addition to my day job I was appointed to a political office in January and I have 3 boys all playing sports. I can get out once a week to play games, I just don’t have the time at home to do the write ups – which typically take me ~2 hours or so.

Gotcha. I totally understand. I am lucky if I get once a week, lol. On another note, have you checked out the updated Bretonnia codex on the Warhammer Army Project website? If so, what are you thoughts? Here is the link: http://warhammerarmiesproject.blogspot.de/
Question. How do you normally field your men at arms? 5 wide and deep, or a wider yet more shallow formation?
It depends a little on the situation. Against trash like skeletons, etc. I’ll go wide for additional attacks.
Men at Arms are usually outclassed though so more often than not they are 5 wide as deep as possible. I usually try to get as close to ten ranks as possible.
